These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of roofestimatemn.com (the "Site"), operated by Cinder Marketing LLC ("we," "us," or "our"). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Site.

What we do

The Site lets homeowners request a free roof estimate. We are not a roofing contractor. We don't inspect roofs, provide estimates, or perform roofing work. When you submit a request, we contact you to schedule your estimate and send a licensed, insured roofing company in your area to provide it.

Roofing companies are independent businesses, not our employees or agents. Any estimate, contract, warranty, or work is solely between you and the roofing company. We don't guarantee that a roofing company will be available in your area, and we are not responsible for any roofing company's estimates, pricing, work, conduct, licensing, or insurance. You should do your own review before hiring any contractor.

Cost

Requesting an estimate through the Site is free, and you are under no obligation to hire anyone. Roofing companies may pay us for referrals.

Eligibility and your information

You must be at least 18 years old and the owner of the property, or authorized by the owner, to request an estimate. You agree to give accurate, current information and to submit requests only for yourself. You may not submit false information or another person's contact details.

Calls, texts, and phone verification

We verify your phone number by sending a one-time code by text message. If you agree when you submit the form, we and a licensed roofing company in your area may call or text you at the number you provide about your estimate, including with automated technology. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out of texts or HELP for help, or email us at hello@cindermarketing.com.

Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and share your information.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Site for any unlawful purpose.
• Submit false, misleading, or automated requests.
• Interfere with the Site, its security, or other users.
• Copy, scrape, or reuse the Site's content without our permission.

Our content

The Site and its content, including text, graphics, logos, and illustrations, are owned by Cinder Marketing LLC or its licensors and are protected by law. You may use the Site only for your personal, non-commercial use.

Disclaimers

Limitation of liability

Our total liability for any claim relating to the Site will not exceed $100.

Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Cinder Marketing LLC from any claims, losses, or expenses arising from your misuse of the Site or your violation of these Terms.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Minnesota, without regard to its conflict of law rules. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Minnesota.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated version on this page and change the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the Site means you accept the updated Terms.
